Victoria Escott – Counselling in Exeter

Victoria Escott, Dip Couns., FdSc Addictions Couns., MBACP (Accred).

Welcome, I am an experienced counsellor providing general counselling, addiction counselling and trauma therapy to adolescents, adults and couples. Sometimes in life problems may seem insurmountable or overwhelming and it can begin to feel like things are falling apart. We can all find ourselves in a difficult place at times and during these times counselling can help. I find most people like to have a balance between talking about the past and achieving change in the here and now.

I often work with a wide range of challenges such as anxiety, stress, depression, loss and bereavement, life transitions, relationship difficulties, family problems, trust issues, recovering from betrayal/affairs etc alongside more specialist counselling for alcohol, drugs, addictive/destructive behaviour, trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
