Hi, my name is Victoria Escott and I have been a practicing therapist for fifteen years. I provide confidential and therapeutic counselling in Exeter. Sometimes in life problems may seem insurmountable or overwhelming and it can begin to feel like things are falling apart. We can all find ourselves in a difficult place at times and I am dedicated to supporting my clients as they navigate their difficulties. Counselling provides a space to explore and come to understand your thoughts and feelings about what is happening in your life. To take stock of what is working and what is not. I can help you to draw upon your strengths and resilience to make the changes you desire for your life. I’m passionate about my work and confident in the methods I use to allow my clients peace and healing.
